Candidates applying for this vacancy should have B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M in Electronics/Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Communication/Mechanical/Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Computer Science/Computer Science & Engineering or others. Must be tech. Along with this, General, OBC (NCL) and EWS candidates should have 55 percent marks or more. Whereas, SC/ST/PWBD candidates should pass.

BE/B.Tech: Maximum age limit is 28 years
ME/M.Tech: Maximum age limit is 30 years
