The evidence given by the candidates includes WhatsApp chats and papers of both the shifts which were made viral. If they are to be believed correct then the paper of first and second shift was leaked an hour or so before the commencement of the examination.

The questions asked in the exam and the questions in the paper made viral are matching. A three-member committee has started an internal investigation on behalf of the Commission. Evidence will also be tested in this. The Commission has sought evidence from the candidates on their email IDs by March 2. On Saturday, all the candidates sent evidence of paper leak to the Commission.

During the demonstration of the Supervision Committee formed to speed up the investigation, representatives of the Commission took memorandum from the candidates and talked to them. A recommendation has been sent to the government for STF investigation and a supervision committee has been formed, which is taking daily updates about the investigation. The committee will soon reach the IP address from where the paper is suspected to be leaked. The process of investigation, examination and final result will be completed within a year. Kaushal Singh, Ashish Singh etc. were present in the five-member delegation on behalf of the candidates.

These are the demands of the candidates-

- The preliminary examination held on February 11 for recruitment to 411 posts of RO/ARO should be canceled

- Action should be taken against the accused under the provisions related to the Public Examination Bill 2024 recently passed by the Central Government

- If the culprits are employees of the Commission, they should be dismissed

- Packets should be opened in the presence of candidates at the examination center and video recording of all activities should be done.

- From the time the question paper is made till it reaches the hands of the candidates, the employees related to paper setting should be kept underground

- Like the order of questions in the question booklets of different series, the order of alternative answers to the questions should also be changed.
