The examination will be held on 17th and 18th February in four shifts at 28 centers in the district. 54,528 candidates will appear in the examination. It is a big challenge for the police to conduct the examination safely and fairly. STF has already set up camp to prevent the Salwar gang from breaking into the examination. Around 900 policemen will be deployed. More police force will be deployed at sensitive centres. The police searched the records of the examinations conducted in the last five years.
Police engaged in investigating the horoscope of the accused and their close ones
Eight cases were found registered in different police stations. These include incidents of burglary in UP Police Computer Operator Recruitment Examination, Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Examination and High School and Intermediate Board Examination. The police is investigating the horoscopes of the accused in the cases and their close ones.
Strict action will be taken against attempts of irregularities
SP Arpit Vijayvargiya says that the examination will be conducted safely under tight security. Duty points of policemen have been determined. Five year old records of examinations have been scrutinized. The activities of 50 suspicious persons are being closely monitored. If anyone tries to tamper with the examination, strict action will be taken.
