Important update for the candidates who appeared in SSC CHSL Exam 2023. The posts with 10+2 qualification are to be filled through the 2023 edition of the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) examination conducted every year by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) for direct recruitment to posts with 10+2 qualification in various ministries and departments of the Central Government. The number of vacancies has been reduced. According to the final vacancy list released by the Commission on Tuesday, 13 February 2024, now 1211 posts will be filled through this examination (SSC CHSL Exam 2023).
Let us inform you that earlier SSC had announced the revised number of vacancies for CHSL 2023 exam on 22 September 2023, in which the Commission had shared the information about filling 1762 posts. At the same time, in the notification of this examination released on 9 May 2023, SSC had announced to fill about 1600 posts. In such a situation, when the notification of the final vacancy of the examination (SSC CHSL Exam 2023) has been issued, the Commission has reduced about 400 posts.
