UGC NET Result 2024: National Eligibility Test (National Testing Agency) was organized from 6 to 19 December 2023. All the candidates were waiting for their results. A notification in this regard has been issued by NTA. On the basis of the information released, the result will be released by NTA on 17 January 2024.
NTA informed that the result was delayed due to Cyclone Michaung. Due to this natural disaster, the examination was re-conducted for some candidates in Chennai and Andhra Pradesh, due to which the result could not be released on the scheduled date. Candidates will be able to check their result from the link to be activated on the official website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in. NTA had conducted UGC NET December 2023 from 6 to 19 December 2023 (Exam Date).
More than 9 lakh candidates appeared in the examination:
This examination was conducted in 292 cities across the country. More than 9 lakh candidates have appeared in this examination. The option of rechecking and revaluation will not be given by NTA after the declaration of UGC NET December 2023 result. In such a situation, the declared result will be final.
