CTET 2024 Pre-Admit Card Released at ctet.nic.in; Download Link Here

CTET City Slip 2024: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE
) has released the Pre-Admit Card 2024, also known as the city centre intimation slip, for the upcoming Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET). Aspiring candidates can access their CTET Admit Card for the January 2024 exam by visiting the official website www.ctet.nic.in. The release of the admit card is scheduled two days before the examination date, specifically on 19th January 2024.

The CTET Exam for the January 2024 session is set to take place on 21st January 2024 (Sunday), featuring two shifts. The morning shift, labelled Shift 1, will be conducted from 09:30 am to 12:00 noon, while the afternoon shift, Shift 2, is scheduled from 02:30 pm to 05:00 pm. The duration of the CTET Exam is 2.5 hours, and the mode of examination is offline.

As candidates prepare for the CTET Exam, it is essential to familiarize themselves with the exam pattern. The test comprises two papers – Paper I for candidates aspiring to teach classes I to V, and Paper II for those intending to teach classes VI to VIII. Both papers consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) with four options, and candidates need to choose the correct answer.

The validity of the CTET score is a crucial factor for candidates to consider. Once a candidate qualifies in CTET, the CTET certificate remains valid for a period of seven years from the date of declaration of results. This validity allows candidates to apply for teaching positions in various Central and State Government schools during this period.

For candidates eager to download their CTET Admit Card, the process is straightforward. They can follow these steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of CTET at www.ctet.nic.in.

Step 2: Navigate to the "Download Admit Card" link on the homepage.

Step 3: Enter the required details, such as registration number and date of birth.

Step 4: Click on the "Submit" button.

Step 5: The CTET Admit Card will be displayed on the screen.

Step 6: Download and take a printout of the admit card for future reference.

As the CTET Exam date approaches, candidates are advised to focus on their preparation and ensure they have all the necessary documents, including the admit card, on the day of the examination. The release of the Pre-Admit Card serves as a crucial milestone for candidates, marking the countdown to the CTET Exam day.
