There is important information regarding the rules of recruitment of teachers, instructors and assistant professors in Uttar Pradesh. Now teachers will be selected in the state on the basis of written examination and interview. In the appointment process, a merit list will be prepared by adding 90 percent marks of written examination and 10 percent marks of interview. Whereas, where there is no interview, appointment will be done through written examination, its decision will be taken by Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission. Appointment to the posts of Principals and Assistant Professors in primary to upper primary as well as degree colleges of the state will be on the basis of written examination and interview. Apart from this, information has also come to light that a separate expert panel will be deployed to monitor recruitment in minority educational institutions, which will keep an eye on the entire recruitment process. 

UP Teachers recruitment Rule: In August, approval was given for the formation of Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission

Let us tell you that the approval for the formation of Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission was given in the recent meeting chaired by CM Yogi Adityanath. The purpose behind creating this new commission was that the recruitment of teachers at different levels in the state should be done by a single commission, because till now different commissions used to appoint teachers. At the same time, this will also provide a lot of convenience to the candidates as they will be able to get complete information about the recruitment process from primary to higher educational institutions on a single commission portal.

This is how the merit of UP teacher recruitment will be prepared

Yogi government has decided that recruitment of teachers from primary schools to higher education will be done on the basis of written examination. 90 percent marks will be added for written examination and 10 percent marks will be added for interview. On the basis of which the merit list will be made. To bring transparency in the interview, it will be mandatory to give minimum 40 percent and maximum 90 percent marks in the interview. In those recruitment examinations in which there will be no interview, recruitment will be done on the basis of written examination marks only.

The written examination will be of 2 hours

The written examination will be conducted on the basis of OMR sheet. The duration of the exam will be 2 hours. On Wednesday, the rules of Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission also got the approval of Governor Anandiben Patel. After which Yogi government has issued its notification. It is believed that Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission will soon come into existence.
