Candidates should Pass the Subordinate Account or Audit Service examination or equivalent examination conducted by any organized Accounts Department of the Central Government; or
Successful completion of training in the cash and accounts work in the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management or equivalent training course and a minimum of 5 year experience in cash, accounts, and budget work.
