IPL Auction 2024 LIVE Updates: Full list of sold and unsold players; Mitchell Starc becomes the most expensive player ever


IPL Auction 2024: The IPL 2024 auction has been changing the fortunes of many players so far. All previous records have been broken in this auction. Although a mini auction is being organized in Dubai, the excitement is no less than the mega auction. Till now, Australia's Pat Cummins was sold for the highest price in the auction. Sunrisers Hyderabad bought him for Rs 20 crore 50 lakh. Whereas New Zealand's Darryl Mitchell was bought by Chennai Super Kings for Rs 14 crore. 

The IPL 2024 Player Auction, being held overseas for the first time, is seeing 332 hopeful cricketers attracting bids for a maximum of 77 slots at the Coca Cola Arena in Dubai. Additionally, this is the first time that fans are watching the event live from the stands.

Australia’s Mitchell Starc became the most expensive player ever to be sold at the IPL Auction when the Kolkata Knight Riders acquired the pacer’s services for 24.75 crore.
