CBSE : These will be the changes for board students
Many changes have been made by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for the board students which will be implemented from this session. Following is the list of some new rules-
Now division and distinction will be abolished in the results by CBSE Board. This will no longer be recorded in the result.
CBSE Board will no longer release the merit list
Now board exams will be conducted twice in a year and students will have the right to maintain the best marks.
After 12th, students will be able to choose 5 subjects for admission in graduation.
From the new session, admission in universities will be based on CGPA.
CBSE Important change happened for parents also
Apart from the board students, changes are also being made by CBSE for children. Now from the new session, feedback of parents will also be included in the report card of the students. Under the new education policy, not only the school and teachers will be responsible for the overall developme.nt of the students, but now along with them, the parents will also have to keep an eye on their all-round development and they will also have to take the responsibility of providing a better environment and education.
Exams are also about to start
Practical exams from CBSE Board are starting from January 1, 2024. Apart from practical examinations, theory exams for class 10th and class 12th will be started from 15th February 2024. The board examinations will be concluded on 2nd April 2024.
