CBI Recruitment 2023: CBI is currently accepting applications for the position of Consultant, with four vacant seats available. Retired police officers/officials from the Central Police Organisation/State Police with a minimum of 3 years experience in investigation/prosecution/court proceedings during criminal cases are eligible to apply. The appointment is initially for two years, extendable by an additional year, as per the official notification of CBI Recruitment 2023.
The selected candidate, in accordance with the notification, will receive a monthly salary determined by deducting the basic pension at the time of retirement. The amount of remuneration so fixed shall remain unchanged for the term of the contract There will be no annual increment percentage increase during the contract period.
