There is good news for the candidates who are not able to apply till December 22, the last date fixed for Bihar Special Teacher Eligibility Test (BSSTET) 2023. On behalf of Bihar School Examination Committee, Patna, the last date of application for this eligibility test has been extended till 27 December 2023.
Such candidates who want to appear in BSSTET 2023 and have not been able to fill the form due to some reason can immediately visit the official website and complete the application process without any delay.
Examination Fee:
For General, EWS, Backward Class, and Extremely Backward Class categories: The examination fee is ₹960 for paper 1 or paper 2 and ₹1440 for both papers.
For Scheduled caste and Scheduled Tribe: The examination fee is ₹760 for one paper and ₹1140 for both papers.

To fill the application form, candidates should first visit the portal www.bsebstet.com for Bihar Special Teacher Eligibility Test 2023.
After this you will see New Candidate? on the home page of the website. Register by clicking on Register New Candidate link.
After registration, candidates complete the application process through login.
Finally candidates have to deposit the prescribed fee and take a printout of the completely filled application form.

Exam Pattern
150 questions of multiple choice type will be asked in Bihar Special Teacher Eligibility Test (BSSTET). 1 mark will be assigned for each question. Candidates will be provided 2:30 hours to solve the question paper. The examination will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) medium. Candidates should keep in mind that there is no provision for minus marking in this examination.
To pass this exam, it will be mandatory for general category to score 50%, backward class to get 45.5%, extremely backward class to get 42.5%, and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Disabled and Women category to get minimum 40% marks.
